convenient location bicycle parking helpful staff
the location was very convenient with a metro station nearby. bicycle parking was also available and made exploring easy. i found the staff very kind and helpful (their service stood out).
there was slight noise from the courtyard at times.

my ROOM was not big enough to comfortably lay out an open suitcase anywhere. Night staff who welcomed me were pretty blasé, sadly. They "helped" with the suitcase by walking me to the elevator and awkwardly leaving me with too few hands to actually get the suitcase upstairs.

The staff are very helpful. They greeted me with a smile. They also answered my questions happily. The room was clean. I appreciated the chocolates they left.
My room was tiny. The bathroom shower was not enclosed. The pictures of the hotel are not accurate to the actual room setup and size.
